The new strategic plan for Norwich University has been sent out to alumni and Norwich family groups (like regional Alumni Club Presidents, class agents, etc.) for input. The URL can be found here: www.norwich.edu/news/nu2019.pdfTake a look, and let us know what you think. We'd love to hear more about your survey response.

Personally, I think the plan is good.
--What struck me most was the focus on making the Norwich Guiding Values a benchmark for all students. The report emphasizes that the student experience for civilian students is lacking in adherence, and knowledge of these values. --I've found that to be generally true, despite the specific cases of really wonderful civilian students who really loved their experience at Norwich.
The report also explains in layman terms the financial challenges the university needs to overcome in order to remain competitive as an educational institution.
This is only the surface. I reccomend that all students and alumni read this before we engage in any kind of speculation about the future of Norwich.
I've always thought that in order to accomplish things as a person or as an institution, it is important to have a set of goals stated, in writing, and held up for public accountability. --This document seems to be just that.
What do you all think?
